Oy, I hate not being by a good LFS. Didn't find a single thing to day to add.

Hey guys, a friend of mine is interested keeping seahorses, and is looking to research what kind of care they need. Does anyone have any good basic info or links to good intro sites?

Hi Renee,
There are quite a few articles for basic care, tank setup geared directly towards seahorse tanks at
http://www.seahorse.org/library/articles/library/library.shtml
. There are also several articles on care for the different species, identification and the like.
We are definitely always here for any questions regarding the tank setup, maintenance etc, but that site is geared towards setup of tanks specifically for seahorses, so that's going to be the best bet
